Scottish Land Fund Application

Dear Member,

We received notification this morning that our funding application to the Scottish Land Fund to purchase the land in Poolewe has been unsuccessful.

We do not yet have any further details but expect to receive feedback on our application shortly. Once we have this, we will consider our options and decide on the best way forward, with your support. We understand that another round of funding is expected next year and will consider applying again if appropriate.

Naturally, we are disappointed with the outcome. However, if we were to be successful in the next round, we do not anticipate that this will affect our plans for affordable housing, as this was not scheduled to progress before 2028.
