At last managed to get to The Old Schoolhouse this afternoon and what a treat it was.
Wonderful selection of home-made cakes, teas and good coffee, all served with grace and a welcoming smile .... and proper china!
Thank you very much to the super women nay, superwomen, who looked after us.
Best wishes to you all and here's hoping that volunteers 'appear' in the future, so that you can open more often.

What a delightful tea-room and great concept to keep this beautiful building within the community. Delicious cakes and very warm welcome, with an interesting history space. Highly recommended!

we enjoyed a lovely cup of tea and some excellent home-made cakes whilst on holiday in the area. The exhibitions were interesting and the children enjoyed the old schoolroom. It was a delightful surprise for us and we would thoroughly recommend a visit here. Congratulations to all the volunteers who have have done such a superb job.

Had a lovely scenic drive out to the Old Inverasdale Schoolhouse Tearoom this afternoon, and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely home bakes, very friendly volunteers, and a bonus look round their exhibitions, my favourite being the old school room with numerous photos of pupils and staff from many years ago. I even managed to recognise some of my old school friends, and a lovely teacher (who was one of the volunteers too). Left feeling very happy, and will definitely return on my next trip North. Well worth a visit, you will not be disappointed.

Great little tearoom, run by volunteers. Stopped here after a ride out to the sailors memorial and gun posts. Nice slice of Scottish middy with butter and a brownie, with tea and coffee. Service with a smile. Highly recommend you stop. Thanks.
